active in my sleep..

i also woke up this morning.. early.. was about 4 or 5. i think 4 and i had been talking in my sleep and walking in my sleep. i woke up when i fell after i got outta bed. i continued to angrily bitch out loud about my mom and sister. i'm not sure when i made it back into bed. i fuckin hate sleep walking, i should be tied to the bed but i'd probably find the need to move my arms or something- so i doubt that's the solution. i just remembered that. i've slept walked a few times- when i used to live in burnsville, i went to the burnsville center in aeropostale and i used to get up and walk to my couch in my living room. i must've bruised my knee or something because it hurts right now.
